• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments or travel arrangements
• Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical
• Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and updating databases
• Order office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly
• Support HR and management with onboarding documents and staff coordination
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow company policies
