This is a fast-paced, high-volume Tier 1 support environment requiring strong multitasking and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding tax compliance and account inquiries Resolve Tier 1 issues and escalate reputed company cases as needed Review taxpayer accounts, verify and update information in reputed company-time reputed company callers on online resources and tax policies Submit payment arrangement requests and document actions across multiple systems Participate in team engagement and meet performance expectations Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 consecutive years of experience in a fast-paced national reputed company center (finance, banking, insurance, or telecommunications preferred not technical support) Strong multitasking and customer service skills Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company Workspace Basic math competency (reputed company, subtraction, multiplication, division) Excellent verbal and written communication Preferred Qualifications Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply Experience in process improvement or banking environments Associate degree or higher Additional Information Training: 3 weeks, 8:30 AM5:00 PM (attendance is mandatory) Candidates must live reputed company 1 hour of Phoenix or Tucson and attend Day 1 orientation onsite (1600 W.
