Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and empathy. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, or accounts. Provide clear, accurate information and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. Document interactions accurately and update customer records as needed. Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout all customer interactions. Qualifications: Previous experience in live chat support, customer service, or related roles preferred. Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone. Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace. Familiarity with live chat platforms and CRM tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: Multilingual skills are an advantage.
