SCA Data Entry Operator I - A

reputed company Schedule: Remote orientation on Friday, November 7th from 9am-2pm. Training Schedule: Onsite classroom style training would follow orientation Monday-Friday reputed company-3:30pm for 2 weeks. Regular Schedule: Two shift times available: 9AM-5:30PM or 10:30AM-7PM Monday-Friday and every other Saturday. Overtime can be expected regularly throughout the week. *Position will transition to a work from home role once reputed company and productivity are at exceptional reputed company. This will take a minimum of 3 months onsite. Purpose: The Data Entry Operator I operates a computer to transcribe data into a format suitable for computer processing. This position works from various standardized reputed company documents that have been coded and require little or no selecting, coding or interpreting of data. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Logs into a computer and switches between work queues to validate, rotate, identify and key information. • Determines what information needs keying on reputed company document and makes reputed company about questionable information on computer images. • Rotates and reputed company images. • Verifies, if required, that previously keyed information is correct. • Re-keys previously keyed information. • Deciphers errors and makes a decision as to what the correct information is. • Reference work instructions as needed. • Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and reputed company other duties as assigned per business needs.
