Manage user permissions, roles, and access levels to align with job requirements. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly importing, exporting, and cleansing data. Manage data security and sharing settings. Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs. Develop custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, and workflows. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for user issues. Qualifications: BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
