**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our clients and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and chat
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and Excel
* Coordinate with Program Coordinators to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of operational tasks
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Provide support for various client and internal reports
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in transportation logistics, call center, or brokerage, automotive dispatch, or auto auction
* Proficiency in AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and Excel
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience in data entry and customer service
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
