With a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Cycle Sales Recruiter – Customer Excellence, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for post-sales roles within our Customer Excellence organization. You'll work closely with hiring managers and teams to develop and execute hiring strategies, build a network of potential candidates, and participate in special virtual events to attract top talent. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional candidate experiences, driving business growth, and supporting the success of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for post-sales roles within our Customer Excellence organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. * Develop and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and teams to meet business objectives and drive growth. * Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management. * Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events, to attract top talent and promote blithequark's brand. * Lead or contribute to multiple internal projects, including talent pipeline development, recruitment process improvements, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. * Mentor other members of the Talent Acquisition team on a formal or ad-hoc basis to share best practices and expertise. * Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Recruiting. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting complex sales roles (post or pre). * Success in hiring a variety of single-threaded, newly created, and evergreen positions. * Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process. * Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships to meet business objectives. * Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience and driving business growth through talent acquisition. * Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); we use Greenhouse. * Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a cloud-based software company or a similar industry. * Familiarity with sales and customer success teams and their hiring needs. * Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and their impact on talent acquisition. * Certification in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. * Strong network of contacts in the sales and customer success industries. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong recruitment expertise, including full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects, and relationships to meet business objectives. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Experience with recruitment marketing, branding, and employer value proposition development. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on innovation and creativity. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
