About the position
Responsibilities
• Obtains data from relevant medical record resources for entry into a registry.
• Works with various clinical areas to coordinate and improve data collection.
• Analyzes data, identifies trends, patterns and reports findings.
• Suggests recommendations for process improvements.
• Engages with leadership and other relevant stakeholders for purposes of reputed company/process improvement advancing program effectiveness, and management of change.
• Participates in data compilation for audits and accreditation of the program/initiative.
• Provides outcome reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintains knowledge and skills reputed company to registry.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience
