Key Responsibilities
- Engage and assist customers across various inquiries through online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services via chat, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our clients' offerings
- Facilitate appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
- Collect customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation, helping to drive revenue and growth for our clients

Available Shifts
We are seeking candidates who are available to work one of the following full-time shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays)
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)
Please note that during the first week of employment, you will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM for training, before transitioning to your assigned shift.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous retail customer service or automotive industry experience, although this is not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer operations
- Strong multitasking skills, with gaming experience being a plus
- A positive and professional attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
