**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Online Sales Specialist to join our team and drive online sales growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and execution. As an Online Sales Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive online sales growth, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive online sales growth through data analysis, market research, and industry trends
* Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and develop recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
* Develop and manage partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels to drive revenue growth
* Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy and stay ahead of the competition
* Work with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise
* Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress towards goals and provide insights for future growth
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels
* Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
