As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish)
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling if required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months Customer service experience preferred
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral & written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:- Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
