**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, via email, or through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns.
* Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, using problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
* Operate with a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
* Collaborate with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing pet industry.
**What You'll Need**
* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment.
* Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
* Proficiency in computer usage, including data entry, internet browsing, and software applications.
* Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
* High school graduate or equivalent experience.
* Ability to pass a background check.
**Technical Requirements**
* A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam.
* A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
* A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify.
