**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications. You will work closely with students and alumni to address their concerns, provide timely and professional responses, and ensure that their educational obligations are met. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
* Being highly productive and meeting outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs
* Utilizing telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers
* Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
* Properly utilizing CRM systems for technical inquiries with follow-up for customer resolution
* Following policies and procedures regarding escalations
* Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
* Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content
* Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry
* Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent)
* Ability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connection
* Availability to work multiple shifts, including weekends as needed
**Training Schedule**
During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST. This comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
