Senior ServiceNow Leader / Administrator Location- Newark, NJ (Hybrid) Duration : Long term contract Work Arrangement- Hybrid (ONSITE 2-3 days / week) Interview Type Web Cam Interview Only Candidates who can work independently are more preferred 15 + years of experience level required Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD). Skills Required : Hands on ServiceNow administration and development experience Required Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Required Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Required Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, or Performance Analytics. Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
