About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
- Develop a deep understanding of our skincare products to become a skincare guru and provide expert advice to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers about our monthly promotions and products, driving sales and revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using tools like Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook/Teams
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and warehouse, to address customer feedback and improve service delivery
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- A team player mindset, with a positive and energetic attitude, and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using multiple computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zendesk
- A passion for skincare and a willingness to learn about our products and services
- Familiarity with SAP, Shopify, and/or CRM software is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a skincare, spa, or medical brand environment
- Licensed Esthetician or relevant certification
- Knowledge of phone systems software and online database and internet-based systems
