Job Overview
The Customer Strategy and Engagement Solutions Advisor will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of blithequark's Transportation Management division. This will involve analyzing incoming RFI's and RFP's, designing creative business solutions, and developing detailed P&L's and pricing files. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design and implement innovative business solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients
- Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of blithequark's services and solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Create and manage sales reports, pipelines, and other ad hoc reports as requested, utilizing Salesforce and other sales tools to drive business growth
- Develop, maintain, and utilize pricing models in coordination with the sales process, ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing and proposal development
- Build and maintain libraries for sales and marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency and quality in all sales materials
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the sales support team and blithequark
Education and Experience
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field. Additionally, candidates should have at least 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
