We are proud to offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, where our team members can grow and develop their skills. **Key Responsibilities** As a Retail Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers * Taking orders, coordinating activities in the store, and providing pricing and product information * Recommending appropriate blithequark products and services to meet customer needs * Operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment * Moving boxes and equipment, stocking materials, and managing the production queue and output * Managing complex projects, managing retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on priority * Assisting in the training of store team members and following instructions of supervisors * Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Work Environment and Culture** As a Retail Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, where no two days are ever the same.
