Job Title:Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Remote
Contract:12 Month, with extensions up to 2 years
Pay Rate: $$60.05/hr, W2

Summary:(5-7 Years)
• The main function of the Inventory Analyst is to ensure provide timely reporting and status on finished goods inventory, transaction work in system of record for allocations and general item maintenance, and various assignments and activities related to inventory planning and system updates.
Job Responsibilities:
• Transact allocation data directly into allocation management system in alignment with management direction
• Inventory status, reporting and analysis
• Timely and thorough response to inquiries from XFN partners and direct team related to inventory planning and related updates
• Various assignments and activities related to inventory planning and execution
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and across different modes e.g. chat, email, verbal, meetings
• Experience in systems e.g. ERP and Planning software applications (e.g. Oracle, o9, etc.).
• Critical thinking skills, working through operational issues, providing root cause and corrective action suggestions to small/medium supply chain challenges
• General working knowledge of supply chain management and related methodologies and principles
• Proficient in spreadsheets (MS excel, Google sheets)
Must-Have Skills:
• Accuracy, sense of urgency. Order Administration, inventory operations, inventory management, supply chain, supply and demand planner . ability to run projects
• Experience with ERP systems, planning software. Consumer Electronics
• Experience with spreadsheets, data analysis
Nice-to-have Skills:
• Project Management
• Order Management
• Basic End to End Supply chain.physical product going to consumer
• Sql and python
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in business or a related business field required.
Interviews:(30-45 minutes)
2 rounds of interviews
• 1st round is initial screenings
• 2nd round across a panel of 1-2 people from the team
