About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve daily client tickets, ensuring that clients' questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly.
- Address challenging customers and problems that require escalation outside of the department, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strive to provide all customers with an outstanding customer experience, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Grow client relations and work closely with the tech team to identify bugs, collaborating to resolve technical issues and improve our platform.
- Work independently to master emailing best practices, as well as our platform and the tools we offer customers, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in customer service and technology.
- May be required to work weekend shifts and/or open to working night shifts, with compensation and benefits provided for your flexibility and dedication.
- Develop familiarity with technical aspects of email marketing, marketing automation, e-commerce, DNS record creation/modification, email-friendly HTML, and the blithequark API, expanding your skill set and expertise.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
- Work experience on tools such as JIRA, Freshdesk/Zendesk is an asset, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with familiarity in email marketing and a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Client-focused with the ability to build customer relationships and customer confidence, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- The ability to jump right into a fun and relaxed office culture, collaborating with our team and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
