**Your Role at blithequark**
As a German-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist – SEO Campaign Management, you will be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently. You will represent blithequark and our SEO product with excellence, managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations, and changes, as well as distributing off-site work to our fulfillment department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
* Represent blithequark and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
* Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
* Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project management.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
**What We Expect from You:**
* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
* Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients and partners.
* Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to understand and communicate complex ideas.
* Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
* Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
* Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
**Working Hours and Environment:**
* Fully remote – all you need is a computer, headset, and a stable internet connection.
* 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.
