Your tasks will include: * Live Chat Responses: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide quick, friendly, and helpful responses using templates and support tools. * Issue Resolution: Help customers reset passwords, process refunds, track orders, cancel subscriptions, or understand billing charges by following steps and staying patient and helpful. * Multitasking: Manage multiple chats simultaneously, staying focused and organized to ensure excellent customer service. * CRM Logging: Log each chat with notes, so if the customer returns later, the next agent can pick up where you left off.
