That's why we created this role – to provide a genuine opportunity for people to start their careers from scratch and succeed in a supportive and inclusive environment. **What You'll Actually Do** As a Full Stack Online Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for handling text-based live chats for customers of well-known brands, answering questions, resolving problems, and making their experience better. Your tasks will include: * Live Chat Responses: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide quick, friendly, and helpful responses using templates and support tools. * Issue Resolution: Help customers reset passwords, process refunds, track orders, cancel subscriptions, or understand billing charges by following steps and staying patient and helpful. * Multitasking: Manage multiple chats simultaneously, staying focused and organized to ensure excellent customer service. * CRM Logging: Log each chat with notes, so if the customer returns later, the next agent can pick up where you left off. A customer might need help with their shipping confirmation, and you'll locate it in seconds and send it over. Another customer might need assistance with updating their payment method, and you'll walk them through it. After two hours, you'll take a 15-minute break, refill your coffee, and get back to it. You'll knock out a few more chats, check in with your team lead on Slack, and then log off.
