Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, demonstrating a strong problem-solving skill set
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective issue resolution
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with a focus on iOS and MacOS or comparable technologies
- Offer additional products and services to customers, promoting a positive and personalized experience
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is professional, friendly, and supportive
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge

Compensation and Benefits
