Our IT team is at the forefront of this transformation, driving cutting-edge solutions that empower our business operations and enhance the customer experience. **The Role** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist in our IT Service Desk Support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving technical issues and providing exceptional support to ensure seamless business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Maintaining Service Desk metrics by meeting or exceeding targets for quality, productivity, and service * Developing a deep understanding of blithequark's business and IT objectives, as well as various business areas, technical conditions, and systems that support our operations * Identifying the impact of changes to IT-supported systems and adapting investigations to address customer issues * Demonstrating autonomous judgment and responsibility for resolving complex technical issues * Effectively participating in the development of relational skills and professionalism in interactions with vendors, supported customers, and other IT teams * Building and maintaining effective, collaborative, and productive relationships with second and third-level IT teams, vendors, and supported customers * Resolving or escalating incidents, and creating internal news and knowledge base articles * Participating in continuous improvement activities by assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting enhancements * Providing answers to customers by identifying issues, investigating responses, and guiding customers through remedial actions * Assessing, investigating, and addressing end-users' IT system issues through first-level IT technical support via calls, chat, or email * Providing detailed documentation of system issues, investigation steps, and related relevant data in a tagging/global positioning framework * Utilizing a wide range of available tools and resources to resolve system issues * Meeting or exceeding targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service * Attending continuous training to enhance the ability to support new and existing equipment and software applications **Requirements** * Energy for and genuine interest in IT * Strong critical thinking, investigation skills, and customer service skills * Positive, mature, and professional attitude * Superb written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and within time limitations * Remarkable hardworking attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently * Intermediate areas of strength for to abilities.
