As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **About the Role** As a Senior Associate, Customer Experience, you will report into our Consumer Experience Lead and lead the strategic planning to drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives.
