We design, manage, and operate our global network of support centers to deliver an outstanding customer experience as reliably as possible. As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **About the Role** As a Senior Associate, Customer Experience, you will report into our Consumer Experience Lead and lead the strategic planning to drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives. * Experience in customer experience, operations, or a related field * Strong knowledge of data analysis and interpretation, with experience working with SQL and Excel * Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders * Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and strategies * Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
