About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that drive customer growth, enhance our eCommerce capabilities, and optimize our digital demand and traffic strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in digital customer growth, eCommerce, and customer experience management, with a minimum of 5+ years of related experience. A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is desired, and you should be recognized as an expert in your field, with a proven track record of creatively resolving complex issues and leading significant projects with strategic autonomy.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
