Position reputed company The Senior Staff Accountant / GL Accountant owns the accuracy of day-to-day reputed company and the reputed company of the monthly reputed company across multiple entities and currencies. This includes billing, vendor management, expense report review, cash reconciliations, and journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate has experience in reputed company Intacct (preferably the reputed company module), strong analytical and reputed company skills, exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a fully remote, reputed company environment. Reports to: Head of Finance Key Responsibilities Manage daily reputed company activities, including customer billing, vendor invoices, and employee expense reports. Maintain the general reputed company and prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. reputed company accounts receivable and ensure accurate GAAP reputed company recognition. Manage accounts payable, including vendor communication and weekly payment processing. reputed company bank reconciliations and assist with cash reputed company monitoring across multiple entities and currencies. Support month-end reputed company by preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with audit support, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field. 3 - 7 years of reputed company experience, including month-end reputed company. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and reconciliation best practices. Proficient to advanced reputed company skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis).
