**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, resolving medical billing inquiries, collecting payments, and assisting with patient inquiries regarding their medically billed charges. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week contract position that requires a remote, quiet working environment and a friendly attitude. **Responsibilities**
* Review EOBs (explanation of benefits) and resolve patient medical billing inquiries
* Collect payments from patients and healthcare providers
* Assist with patient inquiries regarding their medically billed charges
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
* Work closely with the healthcare team to resolve medical billing issues
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Meet daily quality and productivity quotas
* Participate in online team meetings and company Q&A forums
* Complete mandatory on-boarding training
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
**Requirements**
* 1 year of experience in medical billing and insurance
* Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
* Previous experience working with an electronic medical system
* Ability to navigate multiple systems and software programs
* High speed internet and a Windows-based personal computer (no Chromebooks)
* Ability to work in a remote, quiet environment
* Friendly and professional attitude
* Ability to meet daily quality and productivity quotas
* Ability to complete mandatory on-boarding training
* High speed internet required (internet speed check required after initial interview)
