Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and innovate within the DashPass business, driving support strategy and growth initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across blithequark to build, launch, and scale new opportunities
- Influence and partner with various teams, including Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Design, to bring ideas to life
- Experiment and use data-driven decision-making to run tests on new support experiences and retention-driving programs
- Build and launch products and plans from the ground up, driving continuous improvement and growth
- Analyze and assess the operational and financial impacts of decisions, iterating and refining strategies based on insights
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas
- Analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking
- A track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment
