Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity Management team. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. This is a remote work opportunity, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
  • Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
  • Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
  • Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders
  • Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
  • Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
  • Review and maintain equity management methods and documentation
  • Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
  • Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
