You will be an essential member of our Professional Learning Team, facilitating engaging sessions, leading workshops, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and parents. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading workshops and informational sessions to build excitement and spread blithequark brand awareness across district communities
- Facilitating teacher enablement trainings to educate teachers and administrators about blithequark implementation at the classroom and site level
- Growing and nurturing relationships with key blithequark champions and teachers on the ground, providing them with the most up-to-date resources and support
- Helping expand our grassroots approach to experiential teacher education and district-wide engagement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education
- Working knowledge of the K-12 education industry
- A laptop and phone that can be used for work purposes, including developing slide decks, presenting to districts, and communicating cross-functionally
- Proficiency in using Twitter and staying current on social media platforms and trends
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, including teacher and parent communities
- High energy and the ability to build excitement with customers
- A self-starter mentality, with a strong team player attitude and a love for collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience leading professional development within a district
- Experience leading virtual gamified events within a school district

You will also have the opportunity to keep all travel points for hotels booked for work-related travel, and mileage reimbursement may be available for applicable travel.
