**Experienced Customer Service Representatives – Maryland Medicaid – Remote Opportunity for Maryland Residents**

**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting the Maryland Health Connection (MHC) in providing information and assistance to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to the MHC. You will be responsible for processing MD Medicaid accounts, assisting with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to diverse populations, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and effective manner
* Process MD Medicaid accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
* Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
* Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality service for all Maryland consumers
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to established policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* 6 months of recent call center experience
* Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
* Ability to maintain perfect attendance during training and nesting (7 weeks)
**Equipment and Internet Connection Requirements**
* Desktop or Laptop with Intel Core i5 Processor or higher with 8GB Memory (No Celeron or Pentium processors)
* Desktop or laptop have a minimum of 256GB hard drive
* Windows 10 or 11
* Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer port (wired headset)
* 1 RJ-45 connection for a wired connection to internet router
* Wired Headset and microphone with a USB Gen2 or newer connection
* Video camera capability, necessary for training
* Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem
* Download speed 100 MBPS minimum
* Upload speed 10 MBPS minimum
**Training Schedule**
* System Training: 3 weeks, 9:30am-6:00pm EST, M-F (Day 1-7) and 9:30am-6:00pm EST M-F (Day 8-15)
* Nesting: 4 weeks, 9:30am-6:00pm EST
* Monday-Friday Schedules will remain 9:30 am- 6:00pm after training
