**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. You'll provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
* Help customers resolve basic technical issues
* Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
* Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
* Offer additional products and/or services
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
**Qualifications**
* Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
* Fluency in both French and English languages (written, spoken, and read)
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
