**The Role**
As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their retirement goals. You'll be responsible for:
* Building relationships with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats
* Educating customers on their retirement plans and responding to their inquiries
* Providing financial advice and mentorship to customers
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A college degree and 1+ year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience in lieu of a college degree
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and handle objections
* Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, and navigating multiple systems
* Strong learning agility and adaptability to new systems and processes
* Availability to work any shift within the Monday through Friday operating hours of 7:30am – 10pm EST
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the financial services industry
* Bi-lingual skills, with a $3,000 pay differential
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
