Marketing & Outreach Coordinator (Remote, Flexible Hours)

Melody Masters helps students of all ages discover the joy and confidence that come from learning music. We offer personalized virtual music lessons nationwide and are looking for a friendly, motivated Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help us share that joy with more families.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will connect with families, homeschool groups, and youth organizations across the U.S. to promote our online music lessons. You’ll build relationships through digital outreach, social media, and community partnerships — and if you’d like, you can also represent Melody Masters at local events or fairs in your own area.
This position begins with a short trial period to ensure it’s a great fit for both of us. During the trial, pay includes a monthly base plus commission per new student enrolled. Successful coordinators may transition into an ongoing part-time or full-time position.
Responsibilities
• Reach out to homeschool co-ops, parent networks, and education organizations (online or locally)
• Promote Melody Masters through digital channels and community groups
• Coordinate or attend local events and fairs (optional)
• Distribute marketing materials digitally or in person
• Track outreach efforts and new student enrollments
• Collaborate on basic marketing materials or posts
• Communicate regularly with the director
Pay Structure (Trial Period)
• Base Pay: $250–$300 per month
• Commission: $30 for each new student enrolled
• Bonus: $100 for every 10 new students
• Expected Earnings: $700–$1,000+ monthly (depending on performance)
• Mileage and booth/event fees reimbursed when approved
Following the trial period, the position may evolve into a steady part-time or full-time role with continued performance bonuses.
Ideal Candidate
• Friendly and confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people
• Self-motivated, organized, and creative
• Passionate about music and education
• Comfortable with online communication tools (email, social media, Canva, etc.)
• Reliable and flexible with time management
• Experience in marketing, outreach, or event coordination is helpful but not required
Schedule
• Remote, flexible hours (approximately 10–15 hours per week)
• Occasional weekends or evenings for events (optional and scheduled in advance)

Projected Total Compensation: $700.00 - $4,000.00 per month
