About the Role

As a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. without any cold calling required. We'll provide you with comprehensive training, cover your testing fees, and support your state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career. What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need to reside in Arkansas, be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. You should also have 1-2 years of relevant work experience, open availability during operating hours, and a professional customer service aptitude. Home Setup Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a hardwired high-speed internet connection. You'll also need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets), and cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training. We'll provide you with the necessary equipment, including a headset, after you pass your state exam.
