    • Payment terms and billing frequency
    • Service levels and obligations
  • Updating and managing customer contact information, ensuring accuracy and completeness for key stakeholders, billing contacts, and decision-makers.
  • Maintaining data consistency and integrity across Salesforce records by following established data entry standards and best practices.
  • Identifying and flagging discrepancies or incomplete information for resolution with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams to clarify contract terms and contact records as needed.
  • Supporting regular data audits and clean-up initiatives to ensure Salesforce data remains accurate and up to date.
