Key Responsibilities

• Carry out direct patient care programs, including Drug Treatment Management, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
• Drive the execution of strategies and operations to meet business needs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Implement patient intervention pharmacy programs to optimize financial performance and improve patient health outcomes
• Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacy staff and field initiatives
• Conduct data and clinical reviews to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions
• Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure safe and effective medication treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and stakeholders to address concerns and provide personalized consultations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field
