About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing both sales and clinical teams within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to motivate and lead these teams to achieve exceptional results, while nurturing and embodying our culture of trust, honor, and integrity. A critical aspect of this role involves managing and partnering with the Region Clinical Manager, who oversees the clinical consultant team members, ensuring alignment and synergy in our sales and clinical strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales Activities: Lead the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives, ensuring strategic planning and execution that drive sales performance.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating on the direction and development of the region's clinical consultant team members to ensure cohesive team performance.
  • Sales Performance Direction: Direct sales performance in the specified region, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Talent Management: Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactive performance management, ensuring the team has the skills and expertise needed to excel.
  • Strategy Development: Develop strategies for launching new accounts and achieving greater penetration in existing accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships.
  • Communications and Collaboration: Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company, ensuring sensitivity to the needs of sales and facilitating cross-functional support for region growth.
  • Negotiations and Partnerships: Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to support region growth and customer satisfaction.
