Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contract-to-hire or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
