About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- No experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus, and a strong foundation in administrative support is desirable
- High school diploma or GED required, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, demonstrating attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies
- Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Type 50 - 60 plus WPM, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative support role, with a strong understanding of data management and quality control principles
- Knowledge of legal documents and processes, with a strong foundation in the principles of law and the legal system
- Experience with internal systems and software, including database management and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and Schedule
The starting pay for this role is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm PST, with a remote work arrangement that offers flexibility and work-life balance.
