We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Golden, CO. As a remote member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and connecting them with the resources they need to reputed company reputed company health reputed company. This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time, and occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer an average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers, identifying the type of assistance they require and providing personalized support
• Ask targeted questions, listen reputed company, and document required information in our computer systems to ensure seamless issue reputed company
• Collaborate with clinical staff to address patient needs, including medication refills, referral requests, and chart troubleshooting
• Schedule appointments for patients, entering and updating demographics as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years old or older

• Typing speed of 40 wpm
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment (e.g., office, administrative, clerical, customer service) using phones and computers as primary job tools

Preferred Qualifications
