Job Overview
The Customer Strategy and Engagement Solutions Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the sales efforts of blithequark's Transportation Management team. This position will be responsible for analyzing incoming RFI's and RFP's, creating detailed P&L's, and developing pricing files for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design, sales support, and project management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design creative business solutions that meet customer needs
- Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process
- Complete RFI and RFP responses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Develop, maintain, and utilize pricing models in coordination with the sales process
- Create and maintain libraries for sales and marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations
- Generate reports for sales pipeline and other ad hoc reports as requested
- Manage inputs for detail and accuracy, customize formatting, and create and run reports in Salesforce for all Managed Transportation and Consulting opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Economics
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, and facilitation
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Essential Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and make clear, logical, and persuasive presentations
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, with a strong understanding of transportation management and consulting services
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other sales and marketing software applications
- Certifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, such as CLTD or CSCP
