**The Role**
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, navigating the sales process, and ensuring compliance with our Quality Control team's guidelines and procedures. Your primary duties will include:
* Working directly with our customer base to enroll them through the sales process
* Demonstrating expertise in our clients' products and services
* Answering customer questions and concerns regarding pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery processes
* Interacting professionally and empathetically with customers and internal stakeholders, including management and client executives
* Maintaining up-to-date files with the compliance department on new and existing customer accounts throughout the sales process and delivery
* Collaborating with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures
**Key Qualifications & Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience (preferred and recommended)
* Experience in a customer-facing environment where you are comfortable working with diverse teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team
* Strong multi-tasking and initiative-taking skills
* Ability to commute daily to our local Monroe location (on-site, full-time position)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we encourage candidates with:
* Experience in the wireless and telecommunications industry
* Knowledge of sales processes and customer service best practices
* Familiarity with compliance guidelines and procedures
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
