**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
