**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Client Care Guide, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients via telephone, email, and online channels. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide specialized support to our clients. This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online channels
* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Proactively identify solutions to common client questions and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide specialized support
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Center Responsibilities**
* Help clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, items, or service questions
* Oversee both inbound and outbound calls
* Proactively identify answers for questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
* Adopt an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
* Provide top-tier service experience to our clients while working in a high-speed environment
* Assist with responding to client requests in regard to their insurance and copays, as needed
* Furnish our clients with specialized support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
* Serve clients promptly to ensure we are building a lasting relationship with them

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
