**Experienced Data Entry Operator – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity with Blithequark**

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Operator at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately inputting data with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality results and meeting productivity standards
* Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
* Assisting in locating parts for ETAs and promptly responding to customer inquiries
* Managing email correspondence effectively, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
**Work Schedule**
Our standard hours of operation are 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday. After completing your training, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You'll also be required to work rotating Saturdays from 8 AM - 2 PM. This schedule allows you to enjoy a weekday off when you work on Saturday.

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
