You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their concerns, and delivering personalized solutions that exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions that meet their expectations * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs * Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide informed and accurate information to customers * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience * At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience * At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to provide informed and accurate information to customers **Work From Home Technology Requirements:** * Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions * Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot * A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) * Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions * ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred **Work From Home Location Requirements:** * This role is 100% work from home * We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required blithequark Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories * Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California **Compensation and Benefits:** * $21 per hour * Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial, and other benefits that support your total well-being * Learn more at the blithequark Careers website.
