**Key Responsibilities**
• Promote and sell air travel on blithequark to government agencies and corporate clients.
• Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets.
• Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner.
• Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights.
• Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
