**Manager, Strategy & Operations - DashPass Customer Experience**

**About the Role**
As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing growth and quality initiatives that drive business results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, analytics, finance, design, and more, to bring strategies to life and make data-driven decisions. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing complex problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing creative solutions that drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement growth and quality initiatives that drive business results
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale new opportunities
* Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on new support experiences, retention-driving programs, and other initiatives
* Analyze operational and financial impacts of decisions and iterate based on insights
* Build and launch new products and plans from the ground up
* Assess and refine experiments to improve subscriber retention and overall customer experience
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions
**Essential Qualifications**
* 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas
* Strong analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking
* Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business fields

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and customer experience strategies
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Compensation and Perks**
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $128,900 - $193,300 in Colorado, $136,000 - $214,800 in California, and $143,200 - $214,800 in New York. In addition to base salary, our compensation package includes opportunities for equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
