**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing world-class customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat communications
* Utilizing in-depth knowledge of blithequark products, processes, programs, and technology to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Learning and utilizing computer system applications to accurately process transactions and maintain customer data
* Educating customers on products and services, including basic troubleshooting and problem resolution
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal customers and team members
* Staying informed on all communications and training to ensure accurate protocols are followed
* Participating in other related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
